Gotham Concierge — a personal shopping and delivery assistant for Gotham's retail concept store in New York City.
When you opt in to Gotham Concierge, you'll receive personalized product recommendations, delivery updates, and customer support via SMS or messaging platforms. Our concierge is available to help you find products, check availability, and arrange delivery.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive responses to your inquiries, order updates, and occasional product recommendations. We will not send more than 10 messages per week unless you initiate a conversation.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt in to receive messages by texting YES or START to our number, or by providing your phone number through our website with consent.
To stop receiving messages at any time, text STOP to our number. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

You must be 21 years of age or older and located in New York State to use our delivery service. Valid government-issued ID is required at the time of delivery.
